美,是我人生價值的其中一部份。每個人都能定義自己的美,追求自己的美,且不畏懼別人的眼光。一開始接觸運動是從跑步開始。有計畫的訓練是一次為了旅行而報名的馬拉松,在每一次的練習不斷的突破自己的極限,透過運動,不僅強化了身體,還培養了規律的運動習慣,並學會了享受運動過程中的自己。這種自律和專注有助於提高自信心,也更好地理解自己的身體。此後,開始接觸了皮拉提斯及瑜伽,這樣運動形式強調身體和心靈的連接,以及減壓和放鬆。這些練習不僅有助於身體的柔軟度和力量,還有助於情感和心理健康的平衡,過程中專注於自己與身體的連結,把練習當作舒壓的管道,切換不同狀態時,可以讓緊迫的大腦獲得短暫的休息。

動如脫兔,靜如處子。一旦確立目標,開始行動就像逃脫的兔子一樣敏捷,把握時機。每一次的練習都是經驗的累積,將自己的經驗分享出去,互相交流,是最開心的事。在教學的過程中,會以同理心的方式來感受每位練習者的想法。對現代女性來說,擁有美麗的線條和緊實的肌肉是一件迷人的事情,透過一張瑜珈墊,隨時都可以鍛練線條。

每一天都讓自己更好1%,每天都是我的代表作。

 

Beauty is part of my core value. Everyone can define their own beauty, pursue it, and not be afraid of others’ opinions. My journey into sports began with running. Planned training started when I signed up for a marathon with the goal of traveling. In each practice, I constantly pushed my limits, and through sports, I not only strengthened my body but also developed a regular exercise routine and learned to enjoy myself during the process. This self-discipline and focus helped boost my confidence and a better understanding of my own body. Subsequently, I started practicing Pilates and Yoga, emphasizing the connection between the body and the mind, as well as stress reduction and relaxation. These practices not only improved flexibility and strength but also contributed to emotional and mental well-being. I focused on the connection between myself and my body, using these practices as a channel for stress relief, allowing my tense brain to find brief moments of rest when switching between different states.

Once I set a goal, I acted swiftly, like an agile rabbit seizing the opportunity. Each practice is an accumulation of experiences, and sharing my experiences and engaging in mutual exchange brings me the greatest joy. In the teaching process, I approach each practitioner with empathy. For modern women, having beautiful lines and toned muscles is an enchanting thing, and through a yoga mat, you can work on your figure at any time.
