遇見瑜珈-從事護理工作的我,因著身體檢查報告書紅字滿滿,經醫師勸說該運動,動心起念,由簡單的瑜珈體位法展開長達三~五年的學習跟練習。成長的練習過程-用心去感受每個體位姿勢,真實面對自己能做到的,信任身體做最適妥的練習,並享受瑜珈練習的當下。
隨著練習時間增長,呼吸變得更順暢、身體柔韌度更佳、手腳溫暖冬天不冰冷、皮膚擁有好氣色、舒緩壓力幫助好眠,大大提升生活品質。
過程中接觸許多的瑜珈學派,艾氏瑜珈、希瓦難陀瑜珈、八支法瑜珈、拙火瑜珈,至終都是讓人重獲健康。
瑜珈是一門生理、心理,和精神上的學問,古代瑜珈修行者深信,透過身體和呼吸的調節、對心智和情緒的控制,就能獲得真正的健康。

Meet Yoga
I used to be a nurse, because durning once health check there are several red sings in my health report. And I received the doctor’s recommendation that “It’s time for you to work out”.Therefore, it turns on my workout mode.
Therefore,I have to start with pranayama exercises and poses practice for three to five years. During the exercise, I practice hard to feel every posture and facing what I can do. I believe my body and enjoy every moment in the practice of yoga.
By long-term intensive practice,I feel breathing becomes smoother, the body becomes more supple and flexible. I don’t get the cold hands feet
during the wintrertime anymore and have shiny skin.It also helps me relieve stress and have a good sleep. It’s substantial improve the quality of my life.
During the practice of yoga, I have learned several different yoga ( such as Ayurvedic Yoga, Shivananda Yoga, Eight Yoga, Humble Fire Yoga,etc.) those all help the people regain health.
Yoga is a combination of physical, psychoiogical, and spiritual science. Ancient yoga practicer believes the real health can be achieved by respiratory, mind and emotions control.
Follow the Indian Yoga master to learn how to take a deep breath easily, and practice asanas step by step to balance the inside and ouside of the body. The stiff body becomes flexible and elastic through different postures, and the soul will be full of plumpness.
For me, yoga asana practice is not just that physical movement performance on the mat, but it also show a clam attitude in life.

2年前的我還是窮學生,第一次接觸瑜伽是在大學課程,因為熱愛哈達瑜伽,因此每一學期都報名瑜伽課,但我發現每一學期教學內容都是一樣的,因此在因緣際會下來到瑜伽旅程試上課程,希望能夠進修,當時在katty老師的帶領下,第一次接觸空中瑜伽,最深刻的印象是老師的背肌、體態真的好美????但我不知道老師的名字。
礙於經濟壓力下,一直到出社會工作終於賺到錢來上課,某天晚上有報名了空瑜1的課程,突然覺得這個老師的上課方式,及專業教學,還有令我印象深刻的直率個性,才知道原來他是katty老師,下課後鼓起勇氣與老師聊天,學習到許多除了訓練瑜伽外的想法,以及大家的理想,謝謝老師的帶領,您是我的目標!
