2008年第一次接觸ashtanga,留住我的是每日規律全身心的練習方式,讓我受益他的体式編排,嚴謹改善我身體的僵硬。慢慢的呼吸,Bandha收束,凝視,一切的感悟都來自重複的練習之後,身體內外細微之處的點滴變化。

想想如果讓你在墊子上十年如一日不停的練習,你喜歡嗎? 靠的是什麼力量和信念。

是的,我喜歡,瑜珈的修練是一種享受。

一本書上寫著—西醫是治你不死的學問,中醫是讓人活的快樂的學問,而我認為-瑜珈是可以朝向一個自然老化而心靈喜悅的未來學問——共勉之

I first started my Ashtanga practice in 2008. I love its regular style, its daily practice, and its set sequence. Flexibility improves. Breathing becomes stable. Bandha is stronger. Drishti clears my mind. All the understanding comes with my practice. I can feel the subtle changes inside out.

Do you like practicing on your mat day after day? It takes a lot of faith.
Yes, I do. Yoga practice is full of joy.

Someone wrote, “Western medication is the knowledge about not dying, while eastern medication is the knowledge about living with happiness.” I think yoga is the ideal philosophy about how to grow old naturally and joyfully.
