熱愛海洋、衝浪,唸書時接觸靜坐,近年開始嘗試攀岩,瑜珈一開始對我來說,是個進化我運動技巧的方式,也是衝浪後療癒我身體的良方,與大自然頻繁的接觸裡,深深地感受到自然蘊育萬物,與變幻無常的力量,必須保持著覺察與專注,一個閃神就可能為自己帶來危險,學著將這份「謙遜與覺知」帶入了自己瑜珈的練習,學著將「敞開與關心」帶入生活之中,這時我終於深深體會,瑜珈對我來說是個連結,是跟天空、大地、你我、還有小貓小狗的連結。
帶著意識去體驗生命的智慧與力量,帶著感知去經驗瑜珈的練習帶給內心的啟發與改變,隨著身體的節奏盡力而為,飽滿的能量帶給我更深的平和與靜心,是我得到最美好的禮物,這也是我真切想和大家分享的瑜珈練習。
Mark grew up in the foothills of North Taiwan and has led a very active lifestyle from teenager, whether it be playing sports, exploring the outdoors around him.
An accident that changed his life in many ways, he began studying and practicing Taoism and Tai-Chi, and his rehabilitation process led him to discover the deeply healing benefits of yoga. This combination of spiritual and physical practice is how his inner journey to know his original self truly began.
Mark’s classes infused with mindfulness, conscious breath work, and anatomy knowledge in addition to classical yoga. His goal is to create a safe and inspirational space in which students can let go and come fully alive in the moment!

Mark老師在教受瑜珈時,在進行每個動作時都講解得非常仔細且動作進行的過程中,會再依照動作進行的節奏再次說明,讓我在作動作時能藉由老師的說明而更清楚理解細部姿勢應留意的部分。謝謝Mark老師的細心說明及示範。
