Gentle yoga makes use of props to help practitioners gently ease into simple and effective asanas to achieve the maximum benefits for themselves. Breath practices will be introduced to enhance the benefits of the pose and as well enhance the overall experience. This gentle practice will allow practitioners to comfortably connect their bodies with their mind and breath thereby be able to achieve the best of a yoga practice.
This practice is suitable for the stressed, elderly and weaker practitioners.
