我是一個長期瑜珈練習者
對我而言 瑜珈可以是情緒的出口,同時是身體的挑戰
無意中選修了一堂空中瑜珈課
當時並不懂得空中瑜珈真正的魅力
也因為恐懼而使身體變非常僵硬,
但在多次練習後突然不再感到暈眩
甚至愛上這種在不穩定中尋找穩定的感受及力量的美學藝術展現
不論是在墊上瑜珈或空中瑜珈
我在教學上更著重在核心平衡訓練
透過練習找到支點轉移重心,建立自信平衡又優雅穩定的人生
在詭譎多變的環境下能有不卑不亢
微小卻有力的自主權
這是我教學所想傳達的核心理念
更盼望在教學旅程上能夠讓空瑜愛好者回到地板上練習
也讓一般瑜珈練習者接受空中的挑戰
每個練習者都能有更自在輕盈的步伐

I am a long time yoga practitioner
For me, yoga can be an emotional outlet and a physical challenge
I took an aerial yoga class
At that time , i didn’t know the true beauty of aerial yoga.
The body is very stiff because of fear.
No more dizziness after practicing many times
I love the feeling of finding stability in the midst of instability.
Aesthetic and artistic display of power
Whether it’s mat yoga or aerial yoga
I focus more on core balance training in teaching
Find the pivot point and shift the center of gravity of through practice
Build a confident, balanced, elegant and stable life
In an ever-changing environment
Being able to be neither humble nor arrogant
Small but powerful autonomy
This is the core idea that I want to convey in my teaching.
