原先從事六年左右的平面設計工作,每天處於繁忙累積的負面情緒,加上本身患有脊椎側彎,經常性久坐駝背,讓我的身體越來越多狀況。我意識到要改變這樣的生活形態,所以嘗試報名了第一堂瑜珈課,希望能讓我舒緩身體上的疲勞,起初,我以為瑜珈只是一堂伸展全身的運動。

直到相遇我的瑜珈老師Ashly Chi,讓我深入理解,瑜珈不止是運動而是生活模式,學會拋下所有的情緒、念頭,透過呼吸及體位法練習,全神貫注的再自身!

這也是我從事瑜珈教學最大的宗旨,學會接受自己的不完美,讓自己內在能夠真正安靜下來,觀察自身任何時刻的情緒、身體狀態。

瑜珈這條路上,我還是有很多需要學習的事物,永遠沒有盡頭,儘管同學們只是來參與一堂課的練習,也都是我生命歷程的導師,Namaste。

 

I have been engaged in graphic design for about six years, and I feel pressure every day. In addition, I suffer from scoliosis and often sit hunched over for a long time, which makes my body worse and worse。

I realized that I wanted to change this life, so I signed up for the first yoga class, hoping to relieve my physical fatigue. At first, I thought yoga was just a stretching exercise。

Until I met my yoga teacher Ashly Chi, let me understand that yoga is not just exercise but a way of life, learn to put aside all emotions and thoughts, practice breathing and asanas, and concentrate on yourself!

This is also the biggest purpose of my yoga teaching, to learn to accept my own imperfections, so that I can truly be quiet inside, and observe my emotions at any moment。

On the road of yoga, I still have a lot to learn, and there is no end to it. Although the students only come to participate in a class, they are also my mentors in the course of life, Namaste。
