一開始練習瑜珈是為了把舞跳好。從小不愛運動的我在大學時期誤打誤撞參加了國標社,此後開啟學舞之路,隨著練習時間增加,大大小小的比賽與表演接踵而至,非科班出身的我開始出現瓶頸,因緣際會下接觸瑜珈,並把瑜珈當成一項鍛鍊身體的工具,上課時只想著硬撐,從不管呼吸也不懂得覺察自己的身體…直到某堂課最後的大休息,伴隨著老師放的音樂,竟默默地流下淚,當下只覺得好感動,好感謝身體陪我度過這一堂課,那時才深刻感受到內心的滿足。
學舞過程中,因長女好強性格與活在世俗的成長背景,無形中讓自己長期備受壓抑;接觸瑜珈後,學習聆聽身體、與身體對話,並透過呼吸觀察當下的情緒,不強迫自己,學著關愛與包容自己,並帶著覺知放入練習當中,去感受內心與身體的回饋。直到現在,每一次的教學分享都心存感激與善念,也從中建立起與他人的連結,感謝瑜珈旅程中遇見的每位老師與學生,期盼未來的路上能夠將這份意念持續傳遞下去。
Malina was an amateur athlete of ballroom Latin dance. She started practicing yoga in 2013 as a means to strengthen her physical skills and attributes.
She began to notice many changes beyond just physical body. She found that yoga kept her more calm and balanced, and is the perfect way to develop a deeper connection with inner self.
She is grateful to yoga and all the teachers has learned from. She now looks forward to sharing her passion for yoga and helping students to find the peace of mind.
