I grew up in a family full of love. Being the big sister, I always want everything to be perfect.
In the beginning, I only do yoga with strength, practicing repeatedly. Back then, yoga was an exhausting exercise to me.
And someday, I went into a Mysore class and started my Ashtanga practice, which is actually a mental training.
After my teacher training, I have a brand new aspect of yoga.
Asana practice should be stable, comfortable and relaxing.
It is about living the moment, feeling your own breath, and observing the subtle changes in your body.
It is about letting go, surrendering yourself, and being content.
It is about loving people around with gratefulness and love.
