瑜珈的練習,如今已來到第七個年頭。19歲那年遭遇到人生變故,使原本該是活力大學生的我患上了輕度焦慮症,然而卻因為「瑜珈」改變了我的現在。
我的啟蒙老師是大學選修課程的張介教官,當時的我是一個極度不自信,習慣對外去尋求認同與肯定的人,這使我非常痛苦且迷失自己。而在第一堂瑜珈課後的大休息,我體驗到了前所未有的平靜與安定,深深的愛上這樣的感覺,因此這份安心的力量,成為了生活中不可或缺的支柱。
在過去的我是一個急於求成的急性子,後來師資培訓時遇見了我的老師Ashish,在跟隨老師學習瑜伽哲學,了解了人生來的意義、情緒的來源,這也使我不再因為他人的眼光感到難受。透過瑜珈,我變得透明、變得更了解自己,學習謙卑與尊重每一個個體包含自己。
在瑜珈中,我是老師也是永遠的學生,一路走來所遇到的每一個緣份都使我更加茁壯。我的教學期望讓學生透過體位法練習打開對身體的覺知,尊重不同的身體所能完成的階段。期許透過不間斷也不強迫自己的練習方式,讓來到教室的每一位學員感受到心之所想,都能透過身體的練習逐漸坦然、接受當下,擁抱所有的自己。
I’m Abby,the practice of yoga is now in seventh year.
In the past, I was an impatient person who was eager for success. Later, when it was time for RYT200 teacher training, my teacher, Ashish, let me understand the meaning and emotion of life. This also made me no longer look for other visions. Because of yoga, I know myself better, learn humility ,and each individual includes me.
I’m a teacher, also an eternal student , every fate makes me strong . My teaching is to let students open up their body awareness through asana practice, respecting the stages different bodies can accomplish. Hopefully ,every student who comes to the classroom can get happiness and peace in the practice of yoga, and embrace all of themselves.
