在過去還未開始運動時,我是個168cm 46kg的紙片人,而急性子的我在剛開始接觸瑜珈時,其實並不感興趣,甚至一度懷疑自己或許不喜歡運動。爾後為了健康,我開始踏入健身房,開啟數十年的健身重訓,也找到熱愛的空中運動。
為了讓運動表現更好,長年持續進修拉筋、體操、舞蹈、瑜珈等各種不同課程。
已經習慣訓練時去逼迫自己不斷努力的個性,當再次接觸瑜珈後,發現透過瑜珈能讓自己擁有更多對身心上的覺察,也在忙碌的城市生活中學會真正放鬆與沉靜,也開始感受到瑜珈的美好。
時至今日,每日持續不間斷的各種運動練習,除了專項技巧的進步,顯而易見的是柔軟度的大幅提升,還有肌肉線條明顯的健康身型。
在過去每個傷痕累累、跌跌撞撞的練習過程裡,
學習到比起強迫努力這件事,更重要的,是要去感覺自己身體,並接受當下的狀態,找到適合的節奏,不疾不徐的持續努力著,才是我們應該學習到的事。
在教學上會結合多種運動領域的所學,將自己熱愛也擅長的事物,分享給更多人。

Before I started exercising, I was a frail 168cm, 46kg person, and as an impatient person, I wasn’t initially interested in yoga and even suspected that I might not like exercising.
Later, for the sake of my health, I started going to the gym and embarked on decades of strength training, as well as finding a passion for aerial sports. To improve my athletic performance, I continuously studied various courses such as stretching, gymnastics, dance, and yoga.
Having become accustomed to my personality of pushing myself relentlessly during training, I rediscovered yoga and found that it could increase my awareness of my body and mind, and help me relax and be calm amidst the bustle of city life. I also began to experience the beauty of yoga.
Today, I engage in daily continuous training in various sports, which not only improves my specialized skills but also significantly increases my flexibility and muscle tone, resulting in a healthier body shape.
During the injury-prone and challenging practice sessions in the past, I learned that it was more important to feel my body and accept my current condition rather than forcing myself to work hard. I discovered that continuing to strive at a moderate pace is what we should learn.
In my teaching, I combine what I have learned from various fields of sports and share my passion and expertise with more people. I hope everyone can gain many benefits in both body and mind through exercising and grow together.
